What Is Included in a House Cleaning?
A cleaning takes into account everything that involves cleaning a home or apartment. You can see the extensive checklist used by the cleaning professionals here.
Extra services are available, like cleaning inside the fridge. Those can be selected on the booking form or by contacting us directly.
Do You Bring Your Own Cleaning Supplies, Products and Equipment?
Yes. Your cleaning professionals will bring tried-and-true certified Ecofriendly cleaning products to complete the job.
We do ask our customers to provide a functional vacuum, a toilet brush (for sanitary reasons) as well as garbage bags.
What is excluded from a home cleaning?
While most common requests can be honored, the Cleaning professional will not:
- Do dishes.
- Do laundry (except for Airbnb packages).
- Clean surfaces on which personal documents or valuable objects such as bills, jewelery, money, are located.
- Move household appliances or big furnitures.
- Mop oiled wood floors.
- Clean aquariums or pet excrements.

What If I Have Pets?
Pets are not a problem. We simply ask that you secure them or keep them in a closed room while your cleaning professional is cleaning your home.
Do You Service My Area?
We service the Greater Montreal, Quebec city and Gatineau regions but if you are outside of these, feel free to give us a call or send us an email. We are always happy to talk with someone interested in using our services.
Can I Request Special Tasks or Extras?
Sure thing. You can choose your extras while filling the booking form and you can leave any comments in the box reserved for that purpose. You can also contact us at any time to make changes.

Am I bound by a fixed-term contract?
The lack of flexibility we have seen with other cleaning companies is one of the main reasons we started a business in this industry.
You can suspend, move or cancel your services at any time without fees. However, we do ask that any changes be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service time.
Will I always have the same cleaning professional?
Yes! We understand that our customers value stability. This is why we do our best to send the same cleaning professional every time.
